Vodafone India — Porting request more than 2 times and still pending after 1 month | |||
I have requested for the porting request from Vodafone to Airtel. 1st request was closed due to unknown reasons and when contacted customer care multiple times i got the same response as they have to investigate. The porting request was expired and Airtel customer care contacted me for new porting request which i did. The 2nd porting request was also pending after paying in excess to the bill of the month. The 2nd request was also closed without any proper explanation or without informing me. When i called the customer care they said it was closed without any reason and they will take 7 days to investigate. I have not using the number due to the porting as it may impact the billing and might be charged more. Currently the bill is not generated but i am expecting the bill again as VODAFONE were not resolving their own service. Thanks, Vinod Was this information helpful? | |||
