Vodafone India — Post paid mobile phone bill | |||
Myself shyam narayan gupta had used postpaid vodafone sim for incoming/outgoing call while being in singapore. Before making/receiving call i received sms from vodafone stating that "you have subscribed to vodafone ir pack. Pack tariff while roaming in singapore is: calls to india and any other country rs. 30/min, incoming rs. 30/min. Pack benefits are only applicable on starhub please select this network manually" Before making/receiving any call i selected starhub network manually. But bill for those call i received at rate of: incoming 70 rs./min, outgoing 140 rs./min. Because of this wrong billing i did not pay that bill and approached to vodafone store and called to vodafone customer care for this issue but this has not been solved and vodafone had put my sim out of service for nearly about 1.5 months and recovery person had come to my home to collect bill then i showed him that sms wherein mentioned call rate then recovery person asked me to deposit at rate of 30 rs./min incoming/outgoing call as per sms. He made promised that after that my vodafone sim will be activated and wrong billing will be rectified. After that my sim was activated but wrong billing still had not been rectified and when i am calling to recovery person he is not receiving my phone. Instead my security deposits of rs. 10000/- has been adjusted against wrong billing without my Consent. For this matter i have contacted to vodafone store, customer care, and mailed to vodafone office lucknow but this issue has not been resolved. I am mentally harassed for this matter.
