Vodafone India — postpaid bill | |||||
I used a Tata Docomo Prepaid Connection. I recently got a call from vodafone customer care (i think it's from cochin). They told me: Tata Docomo will be shut down soon you have a provision to change to Vodafone with exciting offers for free and the monthly rent is only Rs.360 (something). Offer is: Unlimited call and sms to any number in anywhere in India and 2GB data, then i decided to port. After 2 days i got a new vodafone postpaid sim from a vodafone route sales executive. after 1 week my Tata Docomo shows no network, and then i put the new sim. After few days I got a message that you don't have active data plan, extra data usage will be added on your next bill, for more details download 'My Vodafone' app. i downloaded it and sign in. it shows Rs.0.00 balance amount i have to pay and i used data again. regularly i checked due bill in this app, it always shows due amount is Rs. 0.00. after 3 weeks i got a call from vodafone and says that i have to pay Rs. 1170. after that I checked in that app. only after that time it shows the bill amount Rs.1170. then i called customer care and asked details about the bill. then the customer care executive told that the data i used is about Rs. 800. and rent is Rs. 360. he told that the data limit is only 2GB for 1 month. On the first call at the time the executive don't said this data limit (2gb/month). Was this information helpful? | |||||
