Hello All,
I am Rajesh Sharma having a postpaid plan in Vodafone with No [protected] for my father who is about 70 yr old.I live in jaipur, rajasthan.Atfirst i am very much regreated and disappointed to letting you know about your very poor support and feedback at my area vodafone office.Actually case is my father owns a postpaid plan and last month he got a bill which amount is about 1800/- Rs.I contacted to respective vodafone department and they told me that you have made ISD call for 31 minute, so that reason you are supposed to pay this amount.After so may request they give me call detail and i found there is 31 minute ISD call from that phone which location is Africa, that's very impossible for my father to make a such a call.Tell me one thing for for 1 minute you have waive me required amount already but when amount is big enough you are not responding me in good manner and saying it can not waived.I have also got information about that particular number, that number is spam number and so many people is already made a request for that.
Sir i have become frustrated with your office support.You are requested to have a look in my matter and let me know.Otherwise i will not able to have you service before in any manner.I am attaching snap of that ISD number which is marked as totally spammed and you guys imposing ISD charge for that spam number.
Kindly take my request in your consideration.

Vodafone Pvt. Ltd — Postpaid Bill Fraud Call Charge 1300 Rs
