Vodafone India — Postpaid bill wrong amount charged | |||
I am facing the billing related problem with vodafone since July. On 15/08/15, I had a chat with one of the Vodafone representative:- Ms Sudha and she advised me that Vodafone has given me the waiver of Rs. 2439 (please find below the attached screenshot) for the blunder vodafone had done and charged me wrong amount for their own mistake. Inspite of the waiver given to me, I was charged Rs.707.39 bill for the month of July. Upon asking the same to a representative, she advised me that she have already lodged a complaint and vodafone will get back to me and resolve it. Complaint No[protected] As I belive that since I was given waiver of 2439, technically I should not be charged the bill unless my usage is more that the waiver amount. Also I was told that till the time the waived-off amount is consumed, my bill will reflect 0 amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
