I have request to active rs.150 plan of 500mb internet from vodafone app. At 6.30pm dated[protected],
After that data pack not active so called to customer care,, he says wait till confirmation message,
And finally at[protected] at 21.31 pm i got two sms that your rs.100 plan deactivated and rs.150 plan is activated and you have got 500mb data... (You may check your system send item)
After that i check ussd code *111# and found that there are 0.00 mb in my data account, then i called to custmer care that why not credited mb in my account???
But the customer care agent says that your mb is already credited,,, you may use the internet, i also confirmed that if i will be charged for it,,, you have to refund it from your salary,,, he agree and says that its confirmed that rs.150 plan is activated,,,, (I have called six time to your customer care but each and every time your employee says that pack is active and you have 500mb)
After that company send me a message at 22.30 pm at 20/8/2016 that you reach the data limit and capping of rs.499 is done now you will be use net in capping speed,,,,
(Check all the messages send from your system)
I have use capping gprs data,,,,,,,
Data pack actuallly activated at 21/09/2016 and i have used all 480mb and 20 mb left in my account,,,,,
I have also confirmed at your customer care that i have 20mb...
Then after i request to deactivated rs.150 plan at 22/8/2016 at 20.01 pm
