I had requested for deactivation of my vodafone postpaid connection as there was no network on my number for 45 days. Immediately I got a call and was offered a plan of 499 (unlimited calls) for 249 applicable for 6 months. Since the executive was literally begging me to continue the number, out of irritation I said ok activate it. That executive instead activated a plan of 1299 on my number and since then I am being overcharged since 3 months. Instead of my requesting for deactivation, they are not deactivating my number and I am forced to pay the overcharged bill every month.

Updated by dipak123456 Vodafone are cheaters. My mom and dad also use vodafone. I will disconnect their number also. Plus their customer care executives are pathetic.

Updated by dipak123456 There is a executive called Navya Arun. She told me today that calling 198 is chargeable as 50p/min. Later on I came to know it's not. She is the most disgusting and unhelpful representative I ever spoke to.

Updated by dipak123456 I spoke to a customer care representative called Navya Arun. She has no idea about vodafone but still she is representating vodafone. She told me calling 198 is chargeable. And she refused to help me or connect me to her supervisor instead of me repeatedly requesting for it. She is very stubborn, unhelpful and the most disgusting representative I ever spoke to. My mom and dad also use vodafone but I am going to disconnect their numbers also.
