I have a vodafone number with a corporate plan that i was using. However, due to non-use it was suspended. Irrespective of suspension, it was still being charged.
After a while, my account showed no plan active and i am still receiving a monthly bill. I'm not sure why i am even being charged if there is no active plan on my vodafone account.
I spoke with customer care over chat who said that they see the number being activated after suspension (I had not given any instructions or consent to doing so). I was then told to email corpcare. [protected]@vodafone.in to resolve the matter since mine was a corporate account.
I tried emailing my details and the situation expecting a prompt reply (Customer care told me they would respond in 24 hours). Its been more than 10 days, i have not received any response. Was this information helpful? |
