Vodafone India — postpaid deactivated | |
How long do i have to reactivate? If this is not possible how long before number is available to purchase? I have been givwn wrong information over and over again. I was told postpaid would not be deactivated. I paid my bills to 16.12.19. I was told in store i can freeze number if away and a friend could do this for me. When she went to freeze number they refused saying i had to do in person so we could not as i was away at that time. My number was deactivated on 4.12.19 due to non usage. Customer services say go to store. I cannot as away until 1st february. They say i need to go to store before then or i will lose number. Emailing service advisors just keep repeating same answer. One advisor said i can send friend with my id copies. Store refused to accept this. Then friend asked can they purchase nunber in their name (This is important number for us). Store say no she cannot purchase but did not say why. Was this information helpful? | |
