Hi Sir, I am K.V.Shesha Chalapathy Working as a Senior Software Engineer, Hyderabad.I recently Migrated from Vodafone post paid to prepaid, at the time of migration i visited madhapur store and checked every thing and i settled all my bills.but now they are calling to my number every day and asking me to pay 1044 rs unneccessarly which i have never used. i asked them to send statements to my mail-id for which they are not responding.i visited madhapur store for the same and enquired about the issue and they said it is their system and store issue and agreed to resolve the issue.but from begumpet Varun towers i am getting continous calls asking me pay 1044 rs .if i fail to pay they are threating me that they will block my sim.please take necessary action Was this information helpful? | |||||
