Vodafone India — Postpaid number not activated | |||||
I bought a new vodafone sim from an executive of Mas cell net, Okhla, Delhi and gave rs. 250 as security money on Friday, 15/01/2016 where he said it would take 72 hrs to activate the number.after 3 days the number was still unoperational.I tried calling vodafone customer care where they every time told me to call back again, a few times they put me on hold and never connected the call again.Then i lodged another complaint online where i received a call from Vodafone that they have received my complaint and the number would be activated within 48 hrs.It has been 8 days and no progress is seen or expected. I am trying to connect to the customer care since morning and no executive is receiving the call even after trying to connect with the customer care executive. Was this information helpful? | |||||
