Respected sir/madam Mai vodafone ka postpaid customer tha maine 22sept 2017 me port out karats jisse mera 48.56 ka extra amt paid tha but abhi tak refund cheque nahi mila hai, ek mai aaya tha 9 oct 2017 ko but uske baad abhi tak koi v response nahi aa raha h. Here is the mail content that send by vodafone to me is... Dear customer, This is with reference to your vodafone postpaid mobile number [protected] with relationship number[protected]. It’s been a pleasure having you as our valued customer. We would like to thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you. Your refund for the mentioned postpaid mobile number has been processed. The net amount payable to you has been arrived as follows: A. Total deposit paid by you: 0 B. Less balance amount due from you: -48.[protected] C. Less other adjustments/cancellation fee: 0 D.net amount payable to you: 48.[protected] Your refund details: Cheque no: 065140, cheque amount: rs. 48.[protected], cheque date: 9/10/2017 drawn on: standard chartered You should receive the cheque within 10 working days.
