Vodafone India — postpaid to prepaid | |
Hello sir, I have requested at vodafone store to change my postpaid number to prepaid by completing my postpaid bill 250₹ on 14th july 2017. They took my adhar card copy & photocopy for that & gave me surrity that prepaid number will activated after 4-5days. I wait for 6-7 days but number wasn't activated so i went to store & they said it will activated today's evening. I said ok. But on 26th july 2017 i again complaint about this to vodafone store & they told me that your number is deactivated & if you want to start it again you have to use postpaid for three month. And i don't want to use postpaid. So they lie to me twice. And my number [protected] is deactivated. Please activate my number in prepaid. I request you because vodafone care & store both found useless in this. Please do useful as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
