[Resolved] Vodafone India — postpaid to prepaid | |||
I bought vodafone vip number they told me you can buy it with postpaid connection only. You can convert it to prepaid after 3 months. They took deposit from me and told that when you convert your connection from postpaid to prepaid it deposit amount will subtract from your bill. That's how you will get back your deposit. But story is changed after 3 months. They told me to clear my dues. That is obvious and i am ready to pay my dues. But they told you will get deposit as a balance in your prepaid connection. And you have to pay minimum 230 rs for 1st recharge. That is compulsory. Sir everytime i faced many problems at vodafone store. I am fedup with their terms and conditions. At the time of purchasing terms are simple but when you switch or end some services terms are like you have to pay your one week income. They are forcing to pay charges for services which i don't want. Sir please help me, this is kind of fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||
