Vodafone India — Postpaid to prepaid conversion

I am trying to convert my postpaid sim card ([protected]) to prepaid from 27December2016 till date.
Visited vodafone store several time in between, but no result.
submitted document trice in Vodafone store (address: near Municipal corporation, Latur, Maharashtra.)

I am paying bill for same without any usage.

Updated by gangaram eakmbe Got a fake call from number mobile number [protected]
He got my details from above data and as per him he can resolve my complain within 10 min.
He asked me my bank detail for RS20 transection and tried to do rs19990, rs20000 transections.

Fortunately I read the massage and not shared my otp.

My question is, how can someone will get data from this forum so easily?
Now I have blocked my bank card and need to pay for new card
