Vodafone India — postpaid to prepaid conversion | |||||
This is the second complaint I'm raising on this issue. The is no company that is WORSE than Vodafone in customer service. I am in different city so cannot visit home region store. So they are saying they cannot convert postpaid to prepaid. I informed them stop billing for my number that also not done. Absolutely no help provided. Spoken to customer service executives multiple times they keep transferring and repeating the same thing. This has dragged on for four months I have not even used the number to make one call and still continue to bill me for usage. If Vodafone does not resolve this issue this time I will take legal action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
