[Resolved] Vodafone India — postpaid to prepaid conversion | |||
I have submitted change of postpaid to prepaid conversation on 21st sept. I have cleared all dues but till date my mobile number is not changed to prepaid. When i call the customer support each time raise a new request and close the existing request. Is trai not monitoring such incidents?. In the vodaphone store they say that the request needs to be actioned from the backend. But support team says it has to be processed from the vodaphone mini store. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 16, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a response here in this portal asking for the contact number which the issue is being raised, but the issue got resolved a day before that Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
