[Resolved] Vodafone India — Postpaid to Prepaid Conversion.

Hi, I have been to the HSR Layout Vodafone customer care two weeks back to raise a requeet for conversion of Post-paid to Pre-paid on my vodafone number. When i am trying to contact the Vodafone customer care now, they are saying you have not raised any request for the conversion and When i contacted the HSR Layout vodafone guy for it, he is making some kind of excuses and not forwarding my form to Vodafone care . What should i do ?

When i am trying to contact the Vodafone customer care now, they are saying you have not raised any request for the conversion and When i contacted the HSR Layout, Bangalore Vodafone guy for it, he is making some kind of excuses and not forwarding my form to Vodafone care . Its more than 10 days and they have not even raised my request.What should i do ?
