[Resolved] Vodafone India — postpaid to prepaid convert still they sending bills | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is Manjunatha U, my Ph: [protected]. I was using Vodafone postpaid but i was not happy with service and charges. I converted my number from post paid to prepaid. In the process i have cleared all the dues as per their policy customer need to clear all the dues to convert to prepaid in fact they charged extra i paid complete amount along with prepaid one month recharge amount in advance. But still I am being charged with post paid bill, they sent bill again. When I called to customer care they said my number is prepaid only, but no answer for post paid bill. they always saying go to Vodafone store which is too far to me. Please help regarding this.
