[Resolved]  Vodafone India — postpaid to prepaid migration - did first time prepaid recharge

Hi,

Postpaid to prepaid migration raised and at the vodafone store on 17th nov, i did first time recharge and till yesterday my request of postpaid to prepaid not done, today my prepaid sim is not working, and where is my first time prepaid recharge amount???
What is the service you are providing, it is very worst, please activate my prepaid sim asap.
