[Resolved]  Vodafone India — postpaid to prepaid not changing

I have sent details and all to change my number from postpaid to prepaid but u ppls are making us fool... Y r u not changing it
Then who will b responsible for bill payments from past more than one year
I am saying u ppls. And going in your stores so they are sending us saying from where u purchased it will be from their... This is really hopeless
How many times we have to proceed
Do needful as soon as possible

Sir, we have not used the Internet of our Vodafone post paid plan of mobile number [protected]. We are heavily charged for it.Please look into this. I want you to look in the matter and reduce our bill amount.
