This is Monu Sharma.
I am using Vodafone services since last 4 years. Earlier I was satisfied with Vodafone services. I moved to Hyderabad in Oct-2015 and had been changed the my Vodafone circle in Hyderabad. I am continuously founding discrepancy in monthly bills. Even in feb-2016, I paid RS.2800 mobile bill because of false bill was come to me. I am facing this things, because I am not getting my bills on time in my email. so cant check my usage.
This time again, I am facing same issue. Some data pack was activated on my number, even I was not aware about, even I did not use single Kb of data. they blindly adding some plans on my number from last few months and added in my bill. I am voice call recording software on my cellphone. I can provide all proofs. Never Ever I raised any kind of request to activate any kind of plan. This time I am completely feeling frustrated with Vodafone. so, I request you please disconnect my number, I don't want any engagement with Vodafone. Resolve my issue, send bill to me as per my outstanding, I will pay.
