[Resolved] Vodafone India — Prayer for taking appropriate actiin against fraud recharge stores

I would like to register a complain against this Vodafone TransID DL[protected]. The seller refused me to laafu recharge of rs.20. The seller said "20 ka nahi hoga 30 ka lena parega", i asked why? he didn't reply anything. I was in a hurry so i did laafu recharge of rs. 30. This kind of behaviour is quite common among the sellers. I have been through this situation many times at different recharge stores. They never give you recharge of 10, 20 ...they always say it cannot be done. I dont think Vodafone donnot provide 10 0r 20 recharge through laafu. They also donnot pay u back the change if its 1, 2 or 3 rs. they claim not to hav change. I usually recharge for std and local talk time and do topup only sometimes for validity purpose or if my a/c balance is zero.
I hope you would see to it and would take appropriate action against all those kind of recharge stores.
