Vodafone India — pre call announcement

This is beyond annoying, there are ads before every outgoing call now. In case of emergency it's really hard to get to someone fast enough because of the stupid pre call announcements.
I called Vodafone CUSTOMER CARE asking them to remove it. But they said it's not possible as TRAI made it mandatory for every operator. This ### should be illegal, if you wanna advertise you can do so through messages but before every call is outrageous, our lives have many other things to listen to and focus on other then your stupid ads.
