[Resolved] Vodafone India — Prepaid number activated instead of Postpaid number | |||
10 days back I gave a request for mnp of my prepaid reliance no. [protected] to prepaid vodafone at a retail outlet and paid rs 280 to activate plan of 50rs talktime+1gb 3g internet.Then one of your executives called up and suggested to convert directly to Vodafone postpaid.I agreed as later I was going to convert to postpaid. Then your executive came to my house, gave me the postpaid sim and I paid rs 250.l have its receipt as well as the sim.Your executive also told that my prepaid mnp request will be cancelled and directly it will get converted to postpaid. But on 15th July you people activated the prepaid sim and not the postpaid one.My 250+280=530 rs have been wasted.please just either return my money or activate the postpaid sim and adjust the balance or I will complain to consumer court and degrade your ratings.
