[Resolved] Vodafone India — prepaid pack validity | |||
I have subscribed to prepaid vodafone mobile number [protected], rs.100 pack having unlimited validity. But now vodafone is saying validity is expiring on 07 dec 2019, which is absurd. To continue outgoing call service i need to recharge again, whereas my balance is still rs. 95/-. According to vodafone to continue service minimum rs. 24/- will be deducted every month to keep the service going. My complaint with vodafone interaction number is [protected]. And now i cannot communicate with them on email as all the emails are bouncing back. When we recharged rs. 100/- pack never it was indicated that every month recharge will still be required! Please help When we recharged, it was written no validity, then how the validity is expiring now?? Was this information helpful? | |||
