[Resolved] Vodafone India — prepaid plan validity | |||
Please note that in nov 2019 i had recharged my vodafone number [protected] rs. 100/- where the plan said validity: n. A. Now the company is saying the plan expires after 1 month even when the amount of rs. 95/- is balance!! They are asking me to recharge minimum rs. 24 or rs. 35 / - to continue the services. I have written them mails but they are not listening. The interaction number with them are : interaction no.[protected] / [protected] I am unable to send any e-mail to them as the message received is there inbox is full. When the validity is given as na, then it means that the the calls can be made and received as long as there is balance. Asking to recharge every month is ridiculous and un-acceptable, as while charging it was not declared that every month the validity has to be renewed. They are not taking complaints on telephone and the e-mail is also blocked. This is harassment and a good fine should be imposed on them for not resolving my complaint and causing agony. And ofcourse my mobile services has to be restored with unlimited validity. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
