[Resolved] Vodafone India — prepaid sim activation has not happened | |||
Hi i have given conversion request from post paid to prepaid in vodafone kammanahalli store. They charged me 249 for first recharge of prepaid sim And have given a new sim to me and they said it will get activated once i receive a message on deactivation of post paid. On 4 th december my post paid sim is deactivated and then i have changed the sim in my phone to new prpepaid sim. I have called 59059 to activate it. It asked for last 4 digits of adhaar number and year of birth. I have provided the details as per my record. But still the number is not activated. I called the vodafone customer service by dialing 199. They said that the store where i paid for first recharge is not open yet for the day and as soon as they open the shop, the number will be activated. I waited for entire day and it was not activated. Again i called customer service on 7th december, and this time they registered a complaint number as well. But still it is not activated. The complaint reference number is [protected]. Today when i call and asked to check the complaint status, they sy that there is no complaint registered? I am surprised. Whats this? Why are u playing with people's money?
