It's been 20days I have submitted a request for migration from prepaid to postpaid. Ideally any telecom company would get this done at the earliest..but Vodafone coz of the name n fame they have...they don't feel it's important anymore to serve their customers. I had to visit ur store n number of times still this is not done . And now I am stuck in a situation where my prepaid number is deactivated and the post paid number is not yet started. It been more than 48hrs I am facing this problem. I can't get in touch wid anyone coz my number is not working. It's absolutely unprofessional and apparently the answer I am getting from u all is...that it will start when it has to strt...there is nothing that u can do about it...I mean that's a very good reply.
