I am your unfortunate customer having SIM card [protected] enabled for basic plan Vtalk199 sec.
I call it unfortunate b'coz till I was using your services, paying bill regularly and had also requested barring of International call in May 2014. Vodafone was not charging & not a single International call was made by me. So this change of barring ISD was requested as in the first bill itself we got charged for ISD in May 2014 which was requested and did not happen made my life become miserable, detailed complaints in this can be got from your RT Nagar, Bengaluru Vodafone service or verify by complaint of May 2014.
What is more annoying is I had escalated that this is a very serious issue, that ISD was not barred, I am not sure you guys are so careless that you keep don't care for our details and requests. It is even more astonishing today when I went to customer care in RT Nagar Bengaluru, they told me the complaint is closed, how can this be done with out verifying by giving a 50% discount in my 12.05.15 bill. Also billing credit was supposed to be Rs. 1, 000 how did it become dynamic of Rs. 5000 is a question and why no action is taken is a question.
If my entire ISD Bill which is again not used by me but which has charged is not reverted back, I will go to the appealing to our Appellate Authority & consumer forum and complain. In this context I would like to state I am totally disappointed with your service.
