[Resolved] Vodafone India — Process from postpaid connection to prepaid connection | |||
I have asked to turn my postpaid connection to prepaid connection before 3 months still it doesn't have any response from Vodafone. store or online complaint at 198 . I also have my prepaid card which is received by me on round about 26/11/16 then also after this much time my card postpaid connection still not closed and I have to pay my postpaid bill through the month... Now I want a perfect response from your side that u want to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid or not I have now done with this hell process which is happening round about 3 months my new prepaid card number (the card which is still not having any connection) 89910 58160 51411 990 3 NTGSY...
