I've recharged my mobile with Rs. 217 on 23rd Jan, 15 against promo pack 1.2 paisa / 2 sec for 90 days. But from 25th March the promo has been deactivated. After a several calls to the customer care, no positive action has been taken. Spending the waiting period of 4-5 days by the customer care department the problem remain same.
So, please solve the matter and refund me the extra charge deducted during the promo off period, otherwise I.ll deactivate the all lines of my family.
