I HAVE DONE RUPEES 99 RECHARGE ONLINE THROUGH FREECHARGE MOBILE APPLICATION WHICH WENTS WRONG INSTED OF TALK TIME ITS WENT WRONG TO THE 2 G DATA PACK WHICH I DONT WANT TO USE COZ I AM ALREADY USING 3 G DATA PACK FOR SAME COMPANY AND WHICH HAS ALMOST 80 % DATA LEFT . ONCE RECHARGE DONE I CALLED UP TO CUSTOMER CARE AND I SPOKE TO REGARDS SAME FRIST HE SAID HE CANNOT REVERSE MY BALLANCE AND VANT REACTIVATE MY 3G DATA PLAN I SAID K TRANFER MY CALL TO YOUR SENIOR OFFICER HE SAID OK HOLD LINE AND AFTER FEW SECOND HE ABCK ONLINE AND HE SAID WE HAVE START PROSSENG FROM OUR SIDE WE WILL REVERT ALL YOUR 99 RUPEES AS TAL TIME AND REACTIVATE YOUR 3 G DATA PLAN .
