[Resolved]  Vodafone India — randomly activating packs without my consent and deducting money

Without my permission, some random pack gets activated, and my money is deducted from the prepaid balance.
This is the second time that i'm facing this issue.
Received the msg "thanks for activating games portal now you can play unlimited games"
The pack is tv_vfplay180d.
Kindly refer to the corresponding screenshots attached.
Please refund the money associated with this pack.

If this is not taken seriously, then i'm going to opt-out of all vodafone services and definitely port my number to some other network provider. And i would never recommend vodafone to anybody.
