I am very disappointed to tell you that I have requested to transfer my vodafone Phone no.
[protected] from prepaid to postpaid on Date[protected]. And it was being told me that it will be migrated within 72 hours. But till Date[protected] it was not transferred. So made a complaint with Docket no. [protected].
Vodafone customer care told me that it will be resolved till[protected]. So on 23rd.
I called and this time they told that it is resolved and your postpaid will be
activated within 24 hours. Now on 24th July in morning I called then they told me that it now on 25th I called to customer care then they told that it is not resolved your complaint is bounced. It will take another 48 hours.
So the point is what is going on. I am very disappointed with these guys. They even
don’t tell me the exact thing. and I am not able to recharge in the situation
that if I get recharge then my tariff will be wasted if it getting transferred
to postpaid.
Its my humble request to you please resolve my problem otherwise I have to go in consumer
forum or I will talk to you higher authority on Saturday 26th.
