Vodafone India — reactivation of sim not processed | |||
I had ported into vodafone from bsnl and had been using its services for more than three years. However, my aforementioned vodafone sim got deactivated since around february 2019 due to unavoidable circumstances. When i requested for reactivation of the aforementioned sim at the vodafone office in ranchi (Jharkhand), i was informed that my request cannot be duly processed as 90 days from the date of deactivation of the aforementioned sim had been exceeded and that it has been reverted back to its original/previous network operator (Bsnl in this case). However, when i visited the bsnl office i was informed that the aforementioned sim number has not been received by the bsnl network and that it still lies with the vodafone network. Therefore, i request you to kindly address my grievance by reactivating the aforementioned sim on an urgent basis. Was this information helpful? | |||
