Vodafone India — Receiving unnecessary calls for recovery | |||
Someone registered my no as alternate contact for [protected] (Manoj Patil). And Vodafone continueously sending sms everyday. They are calling everyday 2-3 times from [protected] for recovery of payment. I have informed on call this no is unknown and I don't know any person with Manoj Patil several times. Still these Vodafone customer care people don't understand and call me everyday for recovery. I don't understand why can't they verify alternate contact no before providing services to users.
