[Resolved] Vodafone India — recharge amount not credited.

On 1/13/2018, i did an online recharge for rs. 65 on my number.
The amount was deducted from my account, but not recharged in my mobile number.
The amount was not even refunded back to my bank account also.
I waited for more than an hour, but not recharged yet.
This is not the first time this happening.
This makes the online recharge doubtful.
Please do the needful.

The amount of 65 has been refunded on 01/15/2018 to my account.
I never thought it would happen because this has happened before like this.
