[Resolved] Vodafone India — Recharge done service not applied | |||||
I did recharge on 14th december 2016 of rs 68 for doing std calls at 25 per minute. I got the message that the service is applied. But my balance is cutting 1.5 rupee per minute. It's still not applied. When i called to customer care at 198 they told me to call 98109810. When i called 98109810 they told me to call 198 again. The customer executives of vodafone were not of any use to me. They highly disappointed me. They didn't tell me anything about my problem. I am highly disappointed with vodafone service and customer care. Notify me why the recharge is not done. Was this information helpful? | |||||
