[Resolved]  Vodafone India — recharge done twice and money deducted twice

I recharged my vodafone number with 178rs via paytm app but the same recharge was done twice and money for both the recharges was deducted from my paytm wallet. I reported the issue to paytm but the said that once the recharge is successful is cannot be reverted. I want refund my one recharge amount. Plz help me.
