[Resolved] Vodafone India — recharge failed

I had recharged for rs 35 using amazon pay, but it didnt reflect in my vodafone account. Repeated calls to vodafone have been fruitless. Their behavior is casual and treat customers without any regards. I have called them for at least 10 times, but they havent provided the solution. Now, they have blocked my number from calling the helpdesk too. Rs 35 may not seem a big amount to vodafone, but it is to me.. More than that i feel cheated and betrayed. Is been more than a month and you can't track my money. I think this is how Vodafone survives. It loots money from people. I believe the 35 rupees of amount i paid was used by your Ceo's dinner. Because he can't afford anymore owing to competition from jio. If he needs money for toilet paper, message me, i will recharge another 35 rupees, which i know will not be credited to be anyways, but will be directed for the purchase of your CEO's toilet paper Disgusting and depressed by your attitude Vodafone. I hope you go bankrupt and vanish from Telecom market
