Vodafone India — Recharge not done and balance not credited back to my bank account | |||||
I attempted a recharge for Rs. 1000 June 03, 2016 from vodafone website. I did not receive any balance in my account and the amount has not been credited back to my bank account even after 5 days. My order no is o[protected] and payment transaction no is GHMP[protected]. This has happened to me second time (earlier I lost Rs. 500) and highly inconvenient. I request you to look into matter.
