Vodafone India — recharge not done yet after receiving the upi transaction | |||||
Made a phonepe upi transaction, to have a recharge through myvodafoneapp on 25th may 2018. But still now the recharge is not done, yet vodafone is ignoring the transaction being made. When i contacted phonepe they provided me with all transaction details like: Transaction id: hdf171af3db64a24168b4b8929ce69f8cc6 Utr no:[protected] When contacted the customer service they are unable to provide any details, and yet i have been harassed till 5 days. The amount of rs.396 has been deducted from my account and till now didn't get any response from vodafone Was this information helpful? | |||||
