Dear sir, my vodafone mob no [protected]. sir date 07/01/2016 recharge of amount RS-251 for online payment using my vodafone application .but recharge are not successful but my bank account are debit for amount bank -state bank of bikaner and jaipur bank ref no -ESBJ[protected]IGOBGRAPD5 ..TRANGACTION DATE[protected] vodafone costmer care are not support sir plese solve this problem
