[Resolved] Vodafone India — recharge not successful, money deducted.

I have recharged with Rs. 49 through the vodafone app but the recharge was not successful though the money was taken and the same is reflected in the bank transaction statement. I have called the customer care and was ensured to be refunded but has not been reflected in my account.
