Vodafone India — recharge on wrong number

I am Vodafone user from westbengal. I was supposed to recharge on Vodafone [protected] but it was recharge to [protected] amount 399. Hence I request to solve the problem.
Called Vodafone customer service but couldn't solve the problem.
I think Vodafone should have access to resolve the problem.
