[Resolved] Vodafone India — recharge refund not received | |||
I have recharged of Rs.499 on dated 12th Aug, 2019 in Vodafone number thru Freecharge mobile app but still I haven't received recharge benefit or any confirmation massage. I have contacted freecharge they said recharge was successful but still I haven't received. then i have contacted vodafone they said recharge is not show. I ask refund to vodafone & freecharge for unsuccessful recharge but they both are not ready to pay. Recharge amount is debited from my account same i have share all the details like statements, screenshot to vodafone & Freecharge but they both are blame eachother. Please do needful in this case. Nov 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved First I have contacted to Vodafone thru mail sent in for refund but they said recharge is not successfully & refund is sent to freecharge.
then i have sent mail to for refund and they said Recharge is successful is showing and if not received recharge then contact to Vodafone. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
