Vodafone India — recharge related complaint

My vodafone number is [protected], i will recharge my number on 27/07/17 time - 9:30 through vodafone eshoe by internet banking my translation will be successful but i am not got any balance, i will contact customer care they people say it will be take 24hs after 48 also i am not got any response
