I recieved the claim process confirmation form national assrance company limited on 12th sept 2019, which was to convey that the refund of rs. 5647 has been initiated and amount will be credited to my account in 15 working days. A copy of email has been attached for your refence.
It has been a 2 months and i still haven't recieved any refund in my account. I also called your customer care line twice, once last month, where i was informed that it will take another 15 days for the refund to complete due to issue at your end, and i called another time beginning of november, where i was informed the same with the time required as 10 more days. This issue is only gettinf delayed. Even the customer care executive did not agree to register my complaint. I am also not receiving any reponse on these emails.
Now it has been 7 months... Still no response.. Worst company... Worst insurance worst services... Was this information helpful? |
