[Resolved] Vodafone India — #Refund:-3G Plan Charges in August Bill##

Hi Team,
This mail is in regard with my corporate phone number - [protected].
I have made a deactivation call for 3G Rs 150 for 500 MB plan 22nd July 2014.
I have received no sms plus on Vodafone My Account and on *111*5# the plan was shown as active till 20th August.
Please refer to the photo attached.
After my call on 22nd July Vodafone refunded me amount of Rs 300 which i only came to know when i saw the account statement.
So, due to display of my active 3G plan as above in all the places(portal, helpline) i didn't come to know that my services has been deactivated and i kept it using as a 500MB plan for Rs 150.
Now when i received my bill i came to know that in spite of being charged with the Rental Rs 150 for this month i have been charged with the internet usage charges(Extra 800 Bucks!!!).
I want to know what can be done in this matter as am not going to continue with this no. if my amount is not adjusted.
Tell me, why would i deactivate a Rs 150 service to pay Rs 800 extra on it for the usage charges.
Kindly adjust the amount or terminate the connection.
